My friend and I were thinking about going to the called convention but our youth pastor scheduled a retreat that's mandatory for people going on the missions trip, and it's on the same days.

I am knowing God is going to do some great things at Called Convention.
Be expecting vision, and dreams to be seen. Ask God to begin preparing your heart. Ask for an open heart ready to listen and obey.
GOD Thank You so much for each one of these students. Thank You for their hearts. Thank You for the plans that You have for their lives! MAY YOU REVEAL THEM TO THEM. LORD be our everything. Shine through our smile, speak through our words, love through hugs. LORD be the reason our hearts pumps, be the source of our dreams, be the reason we sing! THANK YOU GOD for all that You are. Inspire us! AMEN!!!

So how'd it/is it going everyone? I'm kinda disappointed cause our retreat was this weekend and I didn't get a chance to go.

I don't even know where to begin!
I just have to say that, even as an adult at Called Convention, I was unbelievably inspired by the 130-140 students there to meet with God! What was encouraging to me, was that a lot of the students I talked to weren't sure what they were "called to," but they were there willing to be open to what God had to speak to them at the Conference.
May God continue to pour out blessing and dreams and visions in your hearts. May all of you (even those not at Called Convention), be inspired by God day by day. I pray your passion is magnified and that it is solely after God. I pray a confidence in your call, not because it is about you, but because God specifically created you for that call. I pray our salvation is not about us "getting into heaven," but that it is about bringing as many people as we can with us to heaven. I love you guys! Keep running after Him with all that you are! Never Stop, slow down or look back!
