We officially have a new President over the United States of America. He has the power to make decisions that can and will alter the nation. Barack has a lot of influence, this nation is looking to him to bring the change he promised.

As he enters in, and all Americans are literally trusting him to bring this change, I ask that you pray for him. If his decisions are going to change the nation, don't you think God should be a part of that? Pray that Barack has wisdom and discernment from the very Creator of these nations. Pray that God meets with Barack and that he places his trust in God. LORD I pray for Barack's family that You keep them safe and continue to show them what you have for them and this nation. I pray that You as creator have all of us in Your hand! Thank You LORD for all the plans You have in this new transition. Please be with the Obama family and be their guidance, their hope, their change and their God!

It's scary to think about someone in power who isn't right with the Lord. So many times in the Bible whole nations were destroyed because of their leaders. I hope that Obama takes the presidency seriously and doesn't give up on his professed faith. We really need to pray for him.
